7, can you respond over to the area of North Woodstock and East Main? I have a female party reporting an erratic operator coming into town. They're in the area of 150 North Woodstock at the moment. It's going to be a blue pickup truck with Connecticut plates. She states that the vehicle is break-checking her and keeps turning on and turning off its hazards and flipping her off. Received.
