34. 36. Sharky 700 West Hawkeye, south of Dales and Donnelly Park, the 415. Male is yelling at his girlfriend and threw a glass bottle and almost hit her. The RP says that they're near the Happy Claw Arcade that's by Sharky's. He's a white male, late 30s, red hat or beanie, black shirt, black pants, negative weapons seen. And he's pacing around and the ex is sitting on the ground with two guys.
