All units en route to that prowler, 8401 Skillman, at the Ava Apartments. Callers reporting that prowler was found under the comp's vehicle, trying to cut wires. The suspect's vehicle is a black sedan, four-door, unknown license plate, and the suspects were found also at the North Building, and they left in the vehicle towards the east side entrance. Your comp is a Hispanic female wearing blue shirt, gray shorts. She states the neighbor owns the vehicle, unknown where the owner of the vehicle lives.
