Move an armed lieutenant on foot, 2924 Lucas. Comp states he was arguing with his male roommate. The roommate pulled a silver handgun, pointed a gun at the comp and caught the gun. Comp states now there are three males in a two-bedroom apartment. Comp states he's in the room with a third male. Comp's going to be a white male, black shirt, black pants.
