Radio raising 11-12. Go ahead. On dispatch callback, caller advised he was actually making a delivery at that address of 2685 Hood Avenue Northwest when the shots rang out. The caller advised they last seen a bright flashing four times from the left of the tree at that location. Caller then advised the lady who lives at that address came outside, asked him who shot, and sat on the porch.
