872, 882, and 864, an armed male, consumer, 1589 Lennart Court, apartment 3. Ty, Kimbrough is involved with their ex-boyfriend and male, Black, Nelson Wilkins. He's wearing a white shirt, blue jeans. Diagnosed bipolar schizophrenia, not on meds. Subject is causing a disturbance, refusing to leave. They're also advising the subject is using an unknown object to cut his arms. He's stating that once officers make scene, he'll blame the complainant. Subject's last seen in front of the residence.
