on a point at North Salina and North State for a driver who slipped at the wheel. It's going to be a red Chevy SUV with a Miami license plate. Driver's in a slip at the wheel. It's going to be a black male with glasses, approximately 16 years old. As the caller approached, the male woke up and drove off. Last seen heading north, excuse me, southbound on Salina at 2253.
