10-4, I'm out here at the intersection of Magee and Old Walkertown. I have a dog in the middle of the road. I'm unsure if he'll be able to tell if he's been hit or not. It did have a cone on his head that is now on his head and is literally chewing itself until it's starting to bleed. 10-4, are you guys going to be aware?
