A suspicious person at the Oldbrook Park boat launch, 3402 Atwood Ave. It's going to be a bald male, possibly NPA subject, who's been sitting in an orange vehicle. Seems like this has been going out for months. Just kind of sits in his vehicle all day. So, he's concerned about this.
