34's beat, please, for a criminal trespass just occurred, 52 at 24 West Patterson. James says his male white neighbor named John, 60 years old, doesn't like his gardening and came onto his property and started moving his things. He was yelling and screaming and cursing and using the F word. Caller wants to file trespassing charges on him. The offender went back into his house. There was no weapon.
