I'm going to have you guys start towards a disturbance disorderly, 150 West Brambleton Avenue for Pilot Place Apartments. Resident of the location states there is a black male hiding behind the dumpsters in the back of the parking lot, yelling, hitting cars, and throwing up. States they do not know if he lives there. Unknown description, apart from a taller black male wearing a white shirt.
