Unit and cars, special attention. The YMCA, 1701 South 8th Avenue East. Reports of a hazardous driver. Going to be a spray-painted Chevy S10 truck. There's two males in it. They've been spinning in the driveways and driving very recklessly. They're traveling eastbound with no license plate on the vehicle. Time delay, 3 minutes.
