Robert sector, fraud call, 3610 South Edmonds Street, the PCC, Columbia City. 30 minutes ago, two suspects, claiming to be from a charitable organization, requested funds from the caller. Caller advised they intended to give $40 and were charged $1,000 on one card and $500 on another. Believes the suspects are still present, 3610 South Edmonds.
