Suspect number one, male, Hispanic, black hat, long beard, black shirt. Number two, male, Hispanic, red Vans hat, white shirt, black pants, stolen multiple electric scooters from PR. They advise suspects have three large dogs at encampment and have previously brandished a handgun on a previous date. The weapons seen today, code 2 incident 3635.
