Emergency TAC units, broadcast for a car seat violation at 9416 Kiefer Boulevard. The vehicle is going to be a black Toyota SUV that left a nearby park with two children. The children appear to be 5 to 90 years of age. The RPA advised a male driver drove off without putting children in their car seats. Last seen pulling into the 9416 Kiefer Boulevard at Little Caesars. Last seen seven ago, nothing further. Second clear.
