A white male, white hair and a beard, last seen wearing no shirt and tan pants is standing in the middle of the road, yelling and trying to direct traffic. Unknown weapons, drinking or drugs. There was also an additional caller advised that it's about a 60-year-old, white male, no shirt and standing in the street. 3 Adam 39.
