I know I've asked this before, but why is someone health event a Citizen alert? Did they have the seizure behind the wheel and hit a car? Did they collapse in the middle of the street and block traffic on Indy? I realize we don't have a lot that does on here, but someone's personal health crisis isn't anyone's business if it doesn't affect the community.
