Baker 234 and 121 at 1549. It initially occurred at 20th and Ritter. It was a road rage incident. Caller advised a black male, headscarf, green safety vest, and an army camo Tahoe. License plate 247, Edward Queen Lincoln. Fired a single shot at his vehicle. There is a bullet hole. He is not injured. Suspect was last seen headed southbound on 21st.
