Unit dispatch to Woodhaven Cars, 22470 Allen Road, Supersud. Caller states there's a male that's on the property that has been banned. His name is Gregory, known as Cowboy Joe. He is outside harassing people. He always gives the caller a hard time, stated he has been to court over the past three times. He's an older white male, cream-colored shorts, with writing khaki shorts. Southwell.
