@cgutter_ License everything that's transportation and has a motor. That ambulance had no fault. These riders do not obey traffic lights let alone stop for emergency vehicles. They don't know the laws and don't take responsibility to protect others. E- bikes and unlicensed motor bikes are a liability and danger to society due to the lack of enforcement and advance regulations as a vehicle. There needs to be a unit dedicated just for this. So much compassion and concern for the ambulance!
Rider was not a pedestrian. Motorists need to pull over for sirens & lights, including E-bikes or in this case, a dirt bike.
Why is everyone automatically assuming it's the ambulances fault? Have you not seen how some people ride these E-bikes recklessly with no regard for traffic rules? Could be either at fault at this point. Also was the ambulance on its way to the building explosion with lights and sirens? Anyone driving, biking, walking needs to be more cautious and aware when an ambulance on its way to an emergency is nearby. Common sense people!
