12. 12, upon completion, I'm not sure if it's related, check on the welfare at the Smithtown Library, 1 North Country Road off Judges Lane. 5B, library is intox, harassing customers, talking to male subject, made inappropriate comments about the child. It's plotting right at the same location, but I don't have a description for the subject.
