Radio, Ligonier. I have two calls in your area. One is going to be from a flagger, 92 Springer Road. He advised that a blue Ford Bronco with white lettering, operated by a male in his 30s, went through the zone at a high rate of speed and he became aggressive. Male came to his stop and he was told to slow down, then sped off, hitting a cone.
