A 34 in progress at Bank of America, 2051 Horseblock Road, off Ohio Avenue. 88-year-old male client, Paul Penwell, at the IEL, possibly being scammed. Complainant stating he was with, asking him to withdraw money. It's a white male, bald-haired, drives a black Jeep.
