All officers, we have a BOLO, last seen at Fleur and Watrous. Be on the lookout for a gold-colored Ford Explorer van with Texas plate 7, Victor, King, Yankee, Nora. Caller said there was a child inside that apparently may have been yelling and screaming for help and the caller didn't know if they were joking or not. Again, be on the lookout, stop and check welfare. Last seen northbound Fleur and Watrous, gold-colored Ford Explorer van, Texas plate 7, Victor, King, Yankee.
