827, sitting there in hazardous condition at McDonald's, 7309 McLean Boulevard, off of Perring and Cleany Drive. Said a white male in his 20s, wearing an orange shirt, possibly has dementia. Wandering from location into the street, almost hit several times. They got him to come inside, but he's left out again. I'm on White Marsh and Campbell, but I'll be at Windlass Overlook with a red Hyundai Elantra, registration, 2 Edward Sam.
