Radio Control 3, prior to copy of BOLO for a possible signal 1, original southbound from 160 4th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard, is an SUV, possibly maroon in color with a small flag in the back of the vehicle that was swerving all over the road, going approximately 20 miles an hour. Vehicle was last seen passing Tom Stewart and pulling into the 7-Eleven. Timeline of approximately 8 minutes, end of BOLO, 0340. Radio 1, I copy, I'll be 51. 10-4. 69, same. Copy.
