Information to suspect, units with 12193 to copy, broadcast for a highway violence, southbound 99 just south of Warren. Suspect is going to be a white Tesla 9, Paul, Mary, Charles, 284, 29 returns clear out of Elk Grove. Victim was in a favorite truck. The suspect was pre-checking the victim. And last update, the suspect is no longer in the CRP. They feel safe. Requesting a broadcast, nothing further, 698 and 2350.
