Got a unit to ATL for some kind of road rage incident occurred safely in Lancaster, Silverton. Located vehicle took off eastbound Silverton one ago. Described as a silver Lexus four-door, unknown plate, blue in color, no lights on. The vehicle was chasing the caller around the parking lot prior to taking off. 10-4, copy your dispatch.
