641, copy the call. 604, take the back. Very disturbing flash assist citizen. Charleston. 604. Both units, it's going to be 12700 66th Street North. Caller's in 1102 Apartment for the assist break. Our complainant says that they have a subject outside banging on their door that has been staying at that location. The caller's saying that he is not a resident. They're refusing to let him in the apartment. His name is going to be Brandon Webb. He's a white male, 32 years of age, black clothing.
