523. 523 on a suspicious person in front of Whitney Lofts, 321 South Salina between West Fayette and West Jefferson. Caller's reporting a 25 to 35-year-old black male, no shirt, unknown on the pants. He's throwing trash on the ground aggressively, looking through trash cans, requesting people entering and exiting the building that they leave the door open for him. No weapons seen, possibly intoxicated. Caller's requesting that the male is moved along. 2250.
