Apparently 4 cars came to a complete stop & the truck had no time to stop. So he tried to avoid them in the last second. It was a poor move. Guessing he wasn't focused on the road in order for him to react on time
That was the driver of the truck. That car carrier is getting a police escort to the impound. From what I understand the driver lost a the intersection of van nuys and Nordhoff and hit cars on the east side of van nuys and the the apartment and the cars on the west side of van nuys
I’m pretty sure that guy that was talking to the tow guy was the driver
I don’t tow cars how can I help I’m recording for yall
