Can you respond, 29 Negus Street, Sikowsky School Apartments? It's going to be in the front of the building where the smoking section is. Female caller states there's a male party out there yelling at them, being belligerent, asking them to leave. She states he's wearing a white hat, a blue coat, shorts and boots.
