Getting a couple reports. Started off in the area of 32 Truman Street. The caller reported is a male running into people's driveways, stating that the police are chasing him. Possibly a 54 issue. The EM showed hair, wearing all black. Just took a second call on this gentleman. Looked like he was running on Truman, past 40 Truman. Heard that bark a lot off of Belden Court.
