Responding to the Swan Motel, 301 East Vedder Road. Further caller, caller states that this individual was begging for money, walking around Route 1 and 9, in between Woodlawn and Southwood. He possibly states that the Swan Motel, he was banging on car doors, and he was begging for money. It's going to be either a white male or possibly Hispanic male, about 60 years old. Balding, white t-shirt, sweatshirt. It has a cane, nothing further.
