District 5 units with the watch commander to copy event 8278, a welfare check with mental health component at 10730 Coloma Road. Our callers with CWRT went to the above location for a 15-year-old male who's in psychosis and diagnosed schizophrenic, was holding an air pump and raising it towards another juvenile.
