4512, 3883 Long Branch Road. 3883 Long Branch Road, cross of Cold Springs. Caller is waiting outside in a red van. Anastasia Smith, she found a golden retriever wandering outside. Called the number on the tag, which was the vet who stated that the animal is a service animal for the blind. Went to the address and no one is answering. Unknown where the owner is.
