926 Overton Avenue. 926 Overton Avenue. Speak to a Michelle Lindsay. Female states that a German shepherd walked up and bit her on the hand when she was picking food off the ground. Stated that the dog is still on scene, running around the parking lot. States the dog is not aggressive.
