11-10-8, we'll go do a threat at Starbucks. 10-4, originally started at Sports Clips, 4770 Transit Road. He was last seen sitting in front of Starbucks. Older white male, long hair, gray mustache, gray t-shirt and shorts, socks and sandals. He's been lingering around, sitting outside harassing the women and making them feel uncomfortable. He was asked to please have a time and hasn't.
