I have a disturbance, 123 Palmer Park Mall. 123 Palmer Park Mall. Caller's not on scene, she's third party. She received a call from an employee who said there is a black male with a do-rag on, tan shirt. He was going in and out of the mall, causing a disturbance. Caller had no further info. He was last seen in the area of the pet store entrance. Know they just dealt with a male at I'm not seeing that description.
