For both units to respond, it's going to be 218 Albert. 218 Albert, Lauren with the parking office is calling in saying there's a 10-minute delay, but behind there in the alley, they witnessed a white male, 50-years-old, jeans with a walker, pull a knife during a verbal fight, no longer on scene, and said that ELPD is familiar with him.
