10-4, Union Bell, Port Apartments, 4284 Union Road, apartment number 2. Complaintant states kids that she always has a problem with were pushing shopping carts into her front door. When she went out there, they ran away. They keep trying to fight her daughter as well. She has video of them. See the warning on the cart as well. 10-4.
