23, 103, can you guys start for 22 Rock Creek Road for the signal 8? 17's anonymous, reporting she saw three Hispanic males, all with ski masks on scooters going to cul-de-sac. Two left on scooters, one in a blue SUV. States that they may have stole the car. They were last seen headed on Valley towards Ransdale. Wasn't able to get the plate, make or model of the vehicle.
