Disorderly, 1313 South Roosevelt. There are two males arguing and yelling in the reporter's driveway. It's going to be a white male in a white t-shirt, shorts, and a backpack. He has long hair, but he's balding and has a beard. Advises he did a shot of dope with a needle in his arm when the subject separated. Use caution.
