Medic 40, you're en route for a problem of a fall, northwest Barstow and East North Street, Barstow and North. Continuing for an approximate 50-year-old male who fell off a bike and he's bleeding from his head. He did give up and he's trying to walk away. I do have a caller on the line right now who's following him. States they're in the parking lot by Jimmy John's. Priority 1.
