North Hills 314, North Hills 354, copy disturbance. 8451 Boulevard 26, Suite B at the scuba shop. We have a white male with tattoos, I see him wearing a purple and yellow cap with an orange shirt and blue shorts. He's currently not being aggressive but making the employees nervous.
