We've got an accident delayed, 9603 Lee Highway at the Honors Course, off of Chesterton Way and Edgman Road. They're advising an accident delayed, RP in a 1995 BMW M3. Unsure where the car is, advising that it was a hit-and-run, but they do have the other party's name and phone number.
