The complainant's saying that a subject following a female at her location, again, that's 863 3rd Ave North for St. Pete Free Clinic, said it happened four minutes ago. The female was asking security to stop him, and then the subject said that he'd been out for the block and threatened to beat up the security guard. Southbound on MLK, and no weapons were seen when he was making the threat. It was a black male, late 20s, 6'1", medium.
