7 at the McDonald's, 711 West Indian School. Native male, 30 to 40s, 130 pounds, 5'7", gray t-shirt, dark pants, black shoes, black bag, took off northbound. Looks like he was trying to set a fire near the drive-thru, but nothing was on fire. No other contact at 1158, 3 units to follow.
