7476, cannon 1, subject with a weapon, 1401 Hickory Grove Road, cross street of Spring Street. RP saw a male riding a bike, looks like he was carrying a firearm. He wasn't pointing it or waving it. White male, dark shirt, shorts, on a blue BOT with McAllen ball. He had gray hair and a hat.
