Complainant is advising that they're seeing a baby inside of a vehicle with no adults present. It's going to be a white Nissan Altima parked at the front of this location. The vehicle has all the windows down and the vehicle is running. The child is going to be a black female in the car seat at the back seat. Unknown tag. The caller is resident refused.
